Timothy oversees Missions Education in Zion Bishan. In being a part of the Home Missions team, he also coordinates and facilitates community outreach ministries. He also works with other ministry leaders in Enabling Ministry to lead efforts for Zion Bishan to become an inclusive community for the differently-abled.
