Prayer Points 10 Oct 2026

Our Church

Antioch Summit – Pray for the 40+ people from our church who went for this event. Thank God for a time of learning, refreshment and networking that has been helpful for those connected with our church to find their missions journey.  May those who went continue to grow in clarity of mission and also conviction for the task God has placed on their hearts.

ESL – Praise God for our English as a Second Language ministry as it celebrated its 10^th anniversary last Monday! Thank God for sustaining the ministry for a decade and bringing women from many nationalities to hear His gospel. Pray also that God will grant the teachers and volunteers continued patience, love, and perseverance as they serve, and that He will continue using this ministry to lead many more women to Christ.

Our World

Nepal – Our 4 teams going in Oct and Nov for different tracks have been preparing for their time in Nepal. This involves meeting together for prayer, alignment of heart before the Lord, and reading God’s word together.
Much time and effort have also been spent with ministry partners focused on reaching Tibetan ethnic background peoples so that we can serve them well with God’s wisdom and in humility.

The Suffering Church – Last Friday, as part of a multi-church prayer campaign, our church gathered in person for prayer for 2 Christian communities in Asia, facing discrimination and such challenges. May our faith and empathy for our brothers and sisters in Christ grow as we spend time to pray for them. Pray that the Lord will also supply the needs of their family and churches.
