- Review Paul’s message in the synagogue in Pisidian Antioch. How does Paul show that the coming of Jesus continues the story of Israel (vv. 16–25)?
- In the short amount of time he has, what does Paul choose to emphasize and why (vv. 23-41) – a) about Jesus? b) about forgiveness of sins? c) about responding to this message?
- In Acts 13:44–52, how has Paul and Barnabas’s reception changed from the previous Sabbath? What does Paul (and God) say in response?
- Why might your church or AG resist welcoming other groups that haven’t been part of your fellowship before? What can be done to increase a spirit of openness?
