Our Church

Tuition Ministry & School Holidays – Praise God for our children and youth completing a semester at their schools and the volunteer teachers who have been lovingly journeying with them. Pray for a restful break for the teachers this June holidays, that they will be refreshed and renewed.

Reception of Members – Praise God for each of the members we are receiving into membership today! May they know the joys and riches of being united with Jesus by His Spirit and may our church family help them lay hold of these privileges!  

Chinese Church Camp – Let us uphold our Chinese congregations in prayer as 78 attendees will be headed to Malaysia next week for a time of fellowship with one another around the word of Christ.

Our World

Nepal – Thank God for the safe return of HR and CT from their 3 week long time in Nepal.  They were able to be in 2 remote towns to fellowship and study the word of God inductively with 2 communities of believers there.  Though there were language barriers, we thank God for good times of studying Luke’s gospel.  Please pray for good discipleship of these key leaders in this faith-based NGO serving the needs of rescued children in this region of Nepal.  May God empower these leaders to grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus and their heavenly Father. 

India – We thank God that one of the brothers in Christ, doing faithful ministry in an unreached region was able to build a prayer room on his property so that their community will have a good place to meet up for fellowship and the study of God’s word together. Though it took longer than expected, the community provided the labour and also paid for part of the cost of the construction themselves.  Pray that this new facility will encourage this small group of believers to persevere in faith, hope and love and to see more reached for God in their networks.
