Our Church

Supporting Our Workers – At our Feb 2025 ECM, we shared that we are significantly increasing our budget to train many more gospel-workers for our church and the wider Kingdom, plus ensuring they have adequate financial provision for their needs. We thank God that members approved the budget wholeheartedly. More so, we thank God we now have more individuals stepping up to serve as apprentices and missions candidates. As such want to keep praying that our Father in heaven will supply the funds needed to our members, and furthermore move our hearts, so we can all generously keep giving to support our labourers!

ZBCS Church Camp – We give thanks for God’s gracious presence and protection throughout our ZBCS Church Camp at Desaru. We were blessed with safe travels, meaningful sessions, and the daily joy of watching the sunrise — a vivid reminder of God’s faithful love renewed every morning. We thank God for using Rev Yong Teck Meng to clearly and passionately speak God’s Word. His teaching reminded us of our calling to respond to God’s mission — not with our own wisdom, but with the wisdom that comes from God, to care for others who also bear His image.
We also praise God for the sweet fellowship experienced at camp. New relationships were formed across generations, and long-lost connections were rekindled. May these bonds continue to grow as we walk together in Christ.

Our World

Israel-Iran Conflict – Let us unite in prayer for the Lord of the nations to graciously bring a semblance of peace and a merciful easing of tensions between the two nations soon. May our God of comfort also strengthen believers in both nations to lovingly care for their neighbours in these turbulent times and shine His light in the midst of much darkness.

India – This week we have receive continuous updates on Bro M who has fallen into a critical condition. Bro M is a long-term partner who supports children day care centres in North India serving the children of needy families in various Indian cities. He has hosted many of our ZB members who passed through the city. Pray for him and his family and the work amongst the children who has come to know Christ though this precious work that has lasted for many decades. Pray for the harvest and its workers in the entire Indian sub-continent.
