Our Church

Safeguarding Training – Thank God that around 30 leaders and members are joining in our safeguarding training session this afternoon. May God help us grow in awareness and culture, to be a church that guards against abuse, and to cultivate a safe community for all to seek Jesus.

Catechism Class – Let us uphold the 21 catechumens who began this round of the catechism class yesterday. May the Spirit minister to them as they fellowship around the word of Christ and examine the theological foundations of the gospel we proclaim. May each grow in conviction and assurance of Christ in their hearts.

Our People

Danny Chua – We thank God that our brother Danny has passed all his ordination exams! He will be ordained as a Minister of the Gospel at our upcoming 31st Anniversary service. Pray for him as he prepares for this new calling.

Our Denomination

Emmanuel BP – We thank God for the start of a new catechism class involving some young people and potential new members. God has truly been faithful and we are praying that this will be the start of new life and growth at our sister church! Continue to pray for Ps David and Elder George as they shepherd the church in this season. We are also praying for more to go over and to serve the saints there.

Our World

Nepal – Led by JN & RN, a team of 5 from our church and 2 from other churches will be visiting our West Nepal partner from 5 Sep onwards in various time periods. They will be equipping centre youths and leaders in 2 districts. Pray for the team to creatively engage the youths and leaders within their daily routines so that they will be able to put into practice what they will be learning immediately into their context. Pray for all to grow in faith and obedience to Jesus.
