Prayer Points 1 Mar 2026
Our Church
ECM – May the Lord guide us into the year ahead, not only as we share and approve a church budget, but also as we prayerfully support and join hearts behind the work of ministry in Zion Bishan.
Suffering Saints – Let us remember in prayer those among us who are suffering from long-term or serious illnesses whether physical or mental, even some who are homebound and unable to gather regularly with the saints. Thank God for brothers and sisters in Christ who have reached out to individuals in such difficult situations, to minister the Gospel to them. As many of these suffering brothers and sisters continue wrestling in their helplessness, may the Lord be gracious to grant recovery and healing if that is His will. May He continue to be the Rock and refuge for them, and may He lift them in their neediness to lean on Him (1 Sam 2:1-10). May those who might be struggling quietly and alone also be moved to call out to Him and to the rest of the church family for help.
Our World
Indonesia – In region A, an environ-mental disaster in 2001 opened small doors for the gospel here.
However, the ground remains hard. The recent severe flooding 3 months ago, devastated large areas in and around this region. 2 of our ministry partners distributed relief to various villages in region A and conducted trauma healing sessions. There were several people who received the gospel and are now being followed up. However, it is not easy for them and pressure to return to their former beliefs is strong. Pray that they will remain firm in their faith and that others will also come to faith as Christians serve and support those affected by the floods.
