Our Church
Look into Full Time – Praise God for bringing a handful of participants for this year’s Look Into Full Time interest session (happening today)! As the harvest remains plentiful, we continue to plead on the Lord of the harvest to help and equip us His church, and that His Spirit send forth more workers to explore full-time paid gospel ministry via our apprenticeship.
Christianity Explored – As the next round begins at the end of September, let us pray for the Lord to move members to sign up as table hosts to befriend and facilitate newcomers coming to meet Jesus. May the Lord grow our hearts as a church, that evangelism would not be a duty, but a joyful fruit that flows from a people who delight in Jesus!
Our World
Indonesia – Thank God for the ministry of disciple-makers linked to our partner as they look for open people whom God has prepared to receive His word. Pray for more disciple makers to be raised that will be sharing their faith boldly and prayerfully in this nation. May this Word continue to grow in them so that they are stirred to seek the truth and come to know Jesus, especially those from the majority faith background.
Bangladesh – This nation is home to the largest unreached people group in the world, with an estimated population of between 135-150 million. Many live and work overseas outside of Bangladesh. It was good to see the work of 10 teams of brothers and sisters in Christ focused on the megacity of Dhaka when SQ and 2 others from ZB went to visit them last month. May the Lord stir our hearts to pray for and empower disciple makers working with this people group.
