Prayer Points 18 Oct 2026

Our Church

Christianity Explored (CE)– We are now halfway through the course and we thank God for the 5 seekers who have been coming, engaging with all that is shared, and the good conversations we have been having. Pray that they will continue to come for the remaining 3 weeks, and for soft and tender hearts as they continue to hear and learn about Jesus in Mark’s Gospel. May each one of them be taking steps closer to Him in faith.

Our People

Pray for Mdm Seet Soo Huay, mother of Benny Ling, as she undergoes treatment for b-cell lymphoma. Pray for her healing, and for the regaining of her strength to be discharged from hospital. Pray that her eyes remain fixed on her Lord Jesus, and for God’s peace to guard her and her family.

College Students – Let us remember some of our members who are in full-time theological college – Joel Khoo, Darrell, E & N. May the Lord continue to nourish them with His word and through the fellowship of the saints in their various communities. May they continue to grow in knowledge of the Son, their joy in Him and their godliness in their homes and ministries!

Our World

Nepal – Last Thursday, Brother W and Sister A left for 2 weeks on a 2-week trip on track C, to help our mission partners, who have a residential English boarding school in the area of training on how to manage children with special needs.
This coming Thursday, another couple, will be going, on track A, to meet and explore opportunities to come alongside brothers and sisters reaching out to Tibetan ethnic background peoples in certain regions of Nepal. Pray for protection as they travel by air or by road and also good health for all that God has laid on their hearts to do. May God bless the connections made so that his truth, love and peace will reach these communities.
